Move from operating your company to owning it.
When revenue builds capability, structure builds wealth, and optionality creates freedom, your business becomes an asset that supports your goals.

Our Approach
We work with profitable business owners who have accumulated significant capital and want certainty on how it should be allocated.
We help them figure out how much should stay in the business, how much to take out of it, how much to allocate towards the future, and how these decisions affect one another. Then we decide how to prioritize each category in the short and long term so they can move forward with confidence.
We look at the whole picture, bringing together corporate, personal, and legacy considerations, to give you financial clarity.
the 4-stage path to ownership
transition from operator, to strategic owner

stage 1 – earn
Build the operating company
- Focus on revenue, profit, tax efficiency, and paying yourself.
- The business grows, and so does your reliance on it.
- Income, net worth, and identity become concentrated in the company.

stage 2 – structure
Start thinking like an owner
- The business becomes one part of your asset base, not your entire world.
- Decide how much stays in the company and how much is allocated elsewhere.
- Reduce concentration risk, clarify salary vs dividends, consider holding structures, and build wealth architecture outside the operating company.

stage 3 – steward
Shift from income creation to capital allocation
- Establish policies so you don’t strip money out or leave everything trapped inside the business.
- Monitor business value, quality of earnings, revenue stability, leadership depth, and founder dependency.
- Define governance around grow vs harvest decisions and major capital moves.

stage 4 – transition
Create a business that runs without you
- Income isn’t entirely dependent on the business, and your identity isn’t fused to it.
- Whether you keep it, pass it on, or sell it, you will succeed because you built for this stage early.
Most Financial Planners See a Slice,
We See the Whole System
Most advisors only hold one piece of the puzzle, making it hard to understand how decisions made in one area of financial planning can affect another area. We look at the whole picture, bringing together Corporate, Personal, and Legacy considerations, to give you financial clarity.
