Previously, she spent 6 years as a business coach to over 200 business owners who grossed between $200K and $5M. This gave her a front-row seat to noticing how making money doesn’t always translate to keeping money.
With a background in engineering, Felicia is trained to analyze, evaluate, and create solutions, while her empathetic coaching approach helps clients clarify and navigate their financial big picture. She lives in beautiful Vancouver, BC with her husband, two teen daughters, and Cooper, their chill Havanese doggie.

Ava has worked as an Executive Assistant for many years. Prior to joining the team, she was in the real estate industry. Ava takes care of insurance document processing and clients servicing requests at Clarity. Ava strives to ensure our client’s transactions and requests happen quickly and accurately. She also works to communicate with our carriers to resolve delays in processing and investigating new issues.
Fun Facts:
Ava enjoys cooking in her spare time. Her favourite ice-cream flavours are strawberry and bubble tea.
Shirley Li
Shirley has a diverse background in wealth management, coaching, and client relations. With experience working with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds, she is passionate about understanding each client’s unique situation and guiding them toward financial clarity and confidence. At Clarity Planning, Shirley helps clients develop personalized financial strategies that align with their goals, ensuring a seamless and empowering planning experience. She believes that with the right knowledge and approach, everyone can make informed decisions that lead to greater financial security and freedom.

Helen Liu
Helen is an experienced Executive Assistant with a diverse background in providing full-spectrum support to C-suite executives across various sectors, including fund houses, financial brokerages, venture companies, and startups. Helen is known for her strong work ethic, always seeking clarity and reassurance for clients while prioritizing efficiency and collaboration within the team. She handles the full investment cycle and client servicing with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
